Initial free consultations are 30 minutes in length, by phone or Zoom. Regular appointments are 60 minutes in length via Zoom. All sessions are private one-on-one sessions, customized just for you.
The first step in our work together is to gather information, discuss your goals and obstacles, discover your hypnosis learning style, and together plan a treatment strategy that helps you achieve your goals as comfortably and efficiently as possible.
